Mr. Ersbak received his Bachelor of Science in Biology (Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior) from the State University of New York at Binghamton in New York in 2006. Shortly after graduating, Mr. Ersbak joined P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC) as a field hydrogeologist and has been with the company for over seventeen years. In 2016, Mr. Ersbak became an owner in PWGC. In 2018, Mr. Ersbak received his Professional Geologist license in New York State.

Mr. Ersbak is dedicated to the environmental science and geology profession, which is illustrated in his participation on the board of the Long Island Association of Professional Geologists (LIAPG) and through local outreach with education establishments to grow and mentor interest in the profession.
