Charles Bowman is the President of Land Use Ecological Services, Inc. Mr. Bowman founded Land Use in 1981 to provide services in environmental protection and planning, coastal zone management, land use management, wetland and habitat delineation and restoration, wetland and aquatic invasive species management, endangered species and critical habitat monitoring, natural resource inventories, and environmental impact analysis. Mr. Bowman has detailed knowledge and understanding of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and has aided numerous clients in complying with these Acts over the past 29 years.
